Is there update about by missing parcel . Being a part of service industry is this a fair ethics not to revert me back ???
Very bad experience with you guys, can only say one of the fraud and cheated organisation & no body care customer grievance. At the time of payment you took entire amount including insurance, but now 3 things is missing ( 2 mattresses, 1 power bank & 1 trimmer) . Even if your sales guy is not picking calls, hope your team member are also involved in fraudulent activity & harassing customer .
