Same experience with me.Its very fraud and cheater packers movers even you can say its not a company because its handle by 4-5 people only and i guess they are drivers, so never try to take the service from these company.

This packer and mover is a fraudster who believes in committing something while booking goods and then not fulfilling his commitment while delivering the goods. I have experienced this during transportation of my household goods from Delhi to Srinagar vide their consignment note no 1198 dt 13/07/2019 whereunder they were obliged to deliver the goods at my residence in Srinagar and unpack and refix the goods at the srinagar address in first floor of the house. contrary to that the driver unloaded the goods at the doorstep of my house and left without fulfilling the obligation he had undertaken to and for which he had already received money in advance.
I have no choice except to file an FIR against him in srinagar for his un- business like approach and dealings . Besides he has charged insurance premium of Rs.3600/= towards transit risks in respect of these household goods and is yet to provide copy of insurance policy in proof of payment claimed by him since there is some apparant damage to some goods for which I need to lodge insurance claim with insurers.Besides the labour charges for shifting of goods to destined location has costed me Rs.1500 which is also recoverable from them

What we liked about them – agreed to charge per box at Rs 1200 which was quite reasonable compared to others, got their own boxes and packaging materials. When luggage arrived – they were in good condition with no breakage. Delivery was through SafeExpress (which was prompt).
What we did not like about them – sudden increase of the rate, outright blackmail by Mr. Anil, no clear answer on arrival of the goods. His lack of communication caused a lot of worry and delay.
We had agreed to pay Rs 5, 000 for 2 boxes and 1 mattress including GST. This was done over call. They came on 3rd Dec morning and packed it and told us it would take around 10 days to reach Bangalore from Gurgaon and the payment mode would be told to us later. There was no communication for the next few days and we assumed the luggage had left Gurgaon. On 6th Dec – we got a call saying that we had to pay Rs 6, 000 including GST. We were speaking to Mr. Anil (+[protected] since our first contact and he did not agree to reduce the amount as per our earlier agreement. This continued for a few days and we had to give in to his blackmail as we had no choice – we had left Gurgaon already and he had our luggage. The payment of Rs 6, 000 was done on 12th Dec through bank transfer. On 17th Dec we learnt that the luggage was still in Gurgaon. It was shipped only on that day. Till that day, despite many attempts to call Anil – he refused our calls and when he did answer he did not give a clear picture as to when the luggage would arrive. He sent us the tracking number which was being done through Safe Express Logistics. The luggage finally arrived in Bangalore on 21st Dec. It took around 18 days for the luggage to arrive, which otherwise would have taken less than 10 days had Anil and his team been more responsible.

I have not received my goods, one of the fraud company & should take legal action against this type of fraud company. I have send multiple mails, phones, no one is reverting.Being a part of service industry is this a fair ethics not to revert me back ???

At the time of payment you took entire amount including insurance, but now 3 things is missing ( 2 mattresses, 1 power bank & 1 trimmer) . Even if your sales guy is not picking calls, hope Tebet are also involved in fraudulent activity & harassing customer .

It is fraud company. Manjeet has given me a quotation of rs 56 thousand for shifting my household goods & car but when they packed all goods they have submitted a bill of 80 thousand & taken full payment in advance. After fifteen days he has delivered my goods but there was one cartoon box was missing in which all the winter clothes are packed. The value of those cloths are approx. 10 k. When I called him he will revert back after enquiry but no response after that. Plz don't deal such type of cheater company.
