My complaint is against the act of M/s Gemini Enterprises, Nazafgarh, a Indane LPG distributor that I am a widow lady around 75 yr.old and being a consumer I requested M/s Gemini Enterprises a year before by submitting an Affidavit, ID proof and copies of LPG gas connections to change the connection in my name as my husband expired. It will now is necessary for taking subsidy through bank. Inspite of spending expenditures of preparing papers, fatick to submit, no action has been initiated, not they informed me. When I approached again on last week to the office of M/s Gemini Enterprises by showing all the papers again and asked the reason for 'no action', the manager told me that I have to submit a fresh affidavit again in the month of Feb. or march, 2014, as the earlier affidavit is old now. It was not assured that whether they will change the name in the month of Feb. or March, 2014.
Can any body look into and ask the concerned authorities, whether these is any rule for such act or to put a person to hear the voice of senior citizen and to reduce our fatick. How I could get the subsidy in my bank when the connection is in the name of my late husband and how I could give my bank account number? is it possible. Please look into & suggest the remedies.
