Genins india is one of the worst TPA in India they just keep your claim delaying without any reason i called them on 5th Aug asking about my claim they said that they have shortage of staff hence again i called up on 7th Aug now they say that their software again i called up on 9th aug they now say that their systems are not working they just have some or the other reason to delay everything.
MY SINCERE REQUEST TO ALL THE CONPANIES AND INDIVIDUALS PLEASE DO DO NOT GO FOR GENINS INDIA EVEN IF THEY GIVE YOU COVER FOR FREE THEY ARE THE WORST Was this information helpful? |
