I Soumik Chowdhury a x-genpactian, OHR ID[protected] is writing this mail in regard of inconvenience faced by me at the time of re-hiring process in the company.
As if I remember I served the organization to the best of my capabilities and skills, and given my maximum output for the effective working for the same, my code of conduct was also good, and never moved upon the integrity and policy rules of the company. Leaving the organization was decision taken for Personal reason with proper exit as per the company norms.
Now when I am looking forward to rejoin the system the back end says negative feedback and blacklisted me from re-hiring.
I would request you to enlighten the reasons behind this negative approach. And also to help me out as i really want to serve the organization again and very keen interested to work with enthusiasm and positivity.
