Genpact India Pvt Ltd — PF account not transferred

Hi My name is Pooja Kumari. I am the ex-employee of Genpact and currently working with EXL. I have already raised a request to transfer my previous PF account to the new PF account to EPFO portal however not received any confirmation yet. This is the member id - DLCPM[protected]E0145989 of Genpact PF account which needs to be transferred to the new PF account/member id - DLCPM[protected]. Portal shows that request was already submitted but after few months, i am getting the same message on portal and account has not been transferred yet. Please look into this and help me in this matter.
