Hi, i have purchased washing ( Whirlpool) from girias RT nagar branch. They took 3 days to get it delivered after several times of follow up. Later i had also purchased washing machine stand and cover, i have made the payment but i haven't received the products yet. I have called the store more then 10times it's been 2 weeks for now and the only reply i get is tha " it will be delivered tomorrow" the order hasnt reached it. This is worst...

Girias dealership is unreliable and cannot be trusted with the products they sell. Very disappointed service and absolutely not satisfied. Their salesperson was unknowledgeable and refused to hear consumer complaint. After purchasing 3 burner Preethi Blu flame power burner gas stove, we found a product defect. I purchased one Volta's 1.5 ton air conditioner from Girias keel kattalai showroom on 2nd April 2022. Engineer installed the ac and mother board is having issue. We were waiting for the ac engineer to replace the faulty device and install the new device however it is not done till now. This needs to be taken as complaint as they are providing not proper support to their customers....

I have emailed my query to Girias mail id [protected]@giriasindia.com on Nov 3, 2021, 12:03 PM. However, Haven't received any update so far.
It was a simple query that was asked to provide a duplicate soft copy of the purchase.

Looks like Girias is not valuing their customer.

Tried to reach the hot line and someone was picked and kept the receiver aside on the table which was really disgusting.

We purchased a Racold water heater on 5th November 2021. The salesman promised that installation will be done on Monday 8th nov. Today is Tuesday, and still we have no proper response. Whenever we call they are saying that installation will be done before today! But no one called us for installation till now (2.30pm 9th nov 2021). This type of customer service is unexpected and this being our first purchase experience are fully disappointed....
