I had bought a rose gold ring from giva on Aug 10th 2022 and I was told it was for regular use and the colour won't fade but within few days the color started to fade so I raised the concern to the giva customer care and tried to place return request. But there was some error while placing the return request so contacted the customer service again and they asked me to go to offline store. As am in my hometown and there is no giva offline store near by I shared the same details and asked to place return request and pickup the product. Now they are not responding.
