I am writing this email, after getting frustration with the service provided by Glen service, Chennai
Details :-
Glen Chimney - GL 6066MSAC (90) 1200 M3BF
Purchace date[protected]
within 6 months - We got issue in the Chimney - its Not Working (the 3 speed setting is NOT Working, so entire system were not working)
Registered the Complaint no. 435886 and the service person came on[protected].
found the issue and told that - they need to change the Circuit Panel board.
After 22 days, the service person came back on[protected] with the New Circuit Panel board
After fixing the new one also, its NOT working properly,
So, the service person told that, this New panel is not working properly, so we need get again a new one.
Now its 40+days gone - Without Chimney we are cooking.
I tried calling them again, but there is NO response.
Dont know the current status, whether they will come back or NOT ...
Atleest, the customer need to know the status... Here, in my issue, i am NOT getting any status update like when it will get resolved.
Query :-
Whether customer will the status update or Not ??
Whether this issue will get resolved or Not ??
How many Months, i need to wait ??
Or i need to BUY new chimney, thinking that GLEN service will Not resolve this issue and need to for OTHER COMPANY PRODUCT.
& in lifetime, i Should not think about GLEN PRODCUTS
