Go India Buyer — Full refund not received

I have cancelled the ticket coz u kept rescheduling the flight I would have missed my imp contract. I had to book another flight paying a higher cost. N u still charge me some charges. I got a refund less 900/- . I need a full refund . Kindly credit the 900/- back . I have written several times to ur reservations id but nobody seems to be bothered. I need my full refund or I will move to consumer court.
