Go India Buyer — indigo return full amount but goibibo deducting

Hi my flight pnr oj9pnw froma chennai to kolkata via vizag. I have calncelled. Indigo refunded full amout if 4000 but go ibibo shows only 749 if i am trying cancel from there.. Though i hve cancelled directly from airline. And no response to email and dont know how to speak to them. Seek your help for the same. I am calling indigo and they said that it is transferred to go ibibo.
I am loosing lot of money. Go ibibo should return the full amount as indigo returne full amount. Once i get confirmation then i will cancel from go ibibo site agian
