The amount shall reflect by the name as credited to Empact solutions. 2. The amount against the order is inclusive of all government applicable taxes and postal and handling charges. 3. The mode of payment for this order is <IVR/ONLINE> 4. Please note that the cash back for INR 2000 on holiday voucher is only against the FOOD CHARGES during the trip and NOT a separate offer. The cash back will stand valid only in the instance when the trip is made to registered destinations and holiday voucher is availed. I called the customer care to return the order as per their money back policy stated on their website. I'm not receiving any reply from their end now and they are not receiving my calls.
