I bought a dining table set in June' 23 and since then I have been complaining that the table has a defect. Numerous times I have called the customer care but still no response. This is not the type of customer service expected from such a reputed company. I have been to the store, written to them, called them, requested them but no action have been taken. I want the customer service team to contact me asap as its been almost an year now.
