    I have ordered godrej interio Slimline wardrobe 2 door almairh from Amazon. Even after the delivery of the product no one came for installation of the product as per promise provided by the while ordering the product. Even after calling customer care number so many times no one is responding

      KDMT Nivasi vibhag last bus 12:55 am from Dombivli station route no 55 is not going on last Nivasi vibhag bus stop. From mamta hospital it going direct to kalayn without informing passangers and Arguing at this stop.
      Request to take action on same.

        Hi,

        I have ordered[protected] for Storwel® M2 Steel Almirah 2 Door, Spring Blue on 17th Sep. The delivery date is mentioned as 7th of Oct, but still not delivered.

        Have called the call center many times but they are keep on saying the same think that they did not get update from the Sales Team.

        I really had a good faith in Godrej but now the level of satisfaction is down to the bottom.

        This is shame that a very good reputation company is not even updating me on the delay.

        Do update asap and let me the status

          After 2 yrs o[censored]se starts rusting.Even customer supports says that its due to acidic reaction but as per my knoweldege ur trolley is made up of stainless steal and its non corossive.If it is occure then all should get rusted but only one among them is starts rust.It clearaly shows that it is the manufacturing defect might be their. Custome support is not going to support well.If we buying the product by giving twice money as compared to other product and still they had such issue then why should we buy ur product its completly waste of money and time too.The reason to write this review is no get cheated like this again.

            We visited Godrej Interio Showroom at Kuvempu Nagar in Mysuru to seek information on the modular Kitchen. When we sought a rough budget offer for our layout, the staff behaved harsh and were arguing baselessly with us.
            Two of them (gents) joined one after the other in a high voice like trying to attack us defending their stand. Their behavior is unacceptable. I request Godrej management to take appropriate action on them.

              I have ordered for a Godrej Tufty Chair from https://www.godrejinterio.com/ on 3rd September 2023. I have paid Rs 16175/- (price of chair+1 year extended warranty) from their portal. The promised delivery date was 6th September. Till now I have not received the delivery. I have called their customer care twice but there is no positive response. They are asking for another 24 hours for the status update. This is not acceptable. If they can not deliver the item by tomorrow EOD, I need full refund.

                Damaged products delivered and not picking up to replace.

                Hi,
                ISSUE:: we purchased furniture from the Godrej company, but surprise and shocking that all damaged products delivered to us and now no one is bothered to attend and take actions on our calls and complaint. Full payment is taken and paid. No service team is ready to pick the damaged product saying today we cannot pick and tomorrow is Sunday and will look into shortly. They are not picking calls. Sir such issues from a big brand...

                I ordered a Glass top table from Godrej Interio Website but was delivered a Woodtop table.
                I asked the delivery guys to take back the table which they did but no one answered my call at Godrej Interio Customer Care.
                On writing an email they came back saying that the product is correct but their Website had the wrong details about the product.
                Now after numberous email and calls(where I have to explain the situation to a different person each time). They have sent an email telling me the below:
                "Our team has tried to contact you but your number is not contactable. We would like to inform you that this product comes with wooden top, we cannot replace it with glass top.
                Since there was an error from our side, we can take the product return if you want. We request you to please decide fast."

                They accept their error but are showing benovelance by accepting a return order. While still wanting me to decide fast. They took over a week to investigate by the way.

                Considering the incorrect information on there website and there acceptance of the fact. I would not advise any one to buy a product from their website.

                    I ordered one 3 seater sofa from their ecommerce website and they could not install it as the spare parts which came with the box didn't fix the set, so the technician said they would place an order for suitable spare parts which would be coming from Mumbai. It has been 10 days since and there has been not a single email on the status. Everytime the customer care guys say order has been placed but there is no dispatch details. Also, we have asked for the return of the product in this case, the customer care mentioned it can only be returned if the technician mentions there is some damage and the technician mentions to check with customer care.Their communication is hopeless!!

                      Please note that before placing the order, I specifically informed Godrej interio sales that the purchase is for the occasion of marriage in my family and delivery must be within 27/07/23. Godrej had confirmed delivery by 27/07/23 vide mail dated 10/07/23 and instructed me to place the order and share the order ID immediately. As per their instructions, I placed the order from their website with full amount Rs 27919/- paid on same day ie 10/07/23.

                      I had sent 4 reminder emails but they have not responded. I was in a very awkward position because the items were being purchased for marriage purpose. To keep my face, I had to hurriedly purchase the ordered item from local furniture shop. Now on 27/07/23 the are informing that the delivery will be made after 3 days ie 3 days after the marriage. The furniture will be of no use. I had mailed to cancel the order and refund full amount Rs.27910 immediately. All interactions between godrej interio and myself is attached herewith.

                        On June 22nd, I booked a bed for my father Sunil Kumar Gwal through the Interio website. Due to the extended delivery time, I promptly canceled the order. However, it has now been a month since the cancellation, and I have not received any refund.

                        Over the past week, I have been in continuous communication with Interio's sales team, specifically Kajal, who has informed me on multiple occasions that she has escalated the matter to the backend team. However, there has been no response from the backend team. Additionally, I was informed yesterday that Interio does not have a refund policy.

                        I am kindly requesting your assistance in investigating this matter and initiating the refund process. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

                          I bought a sofa Euro Pro 3STR Full Sofa Upholstery from Godrej authorized dealer DEE ASSOCIATES Ring Road Lucknow on 13 AUGUST 2021 which cost Rs.85830. I had heard from my childhood about the quality of Godrej Products.
                          I bought such an expensive sofa from Godrej you But I am writing with great sadness that within ONE YEAR SEVEN MONTHS, the sofa started bursting which is a MANUFACTURE defect. And this is also the failure of the GODGREJ product. And these are also offenses under the Consumer Protection Act 1986.
                          Now Godrej has charged Rs 16655.00
                          as the cost of repairing the sofa, which is half the cost of the total sofa.
                          But Godrej's product did not last even ONE YEAR SEVEN MONTHS.

                            I bought a Godrej Mosquito Hit Racquet from Smart Bazaar. The bat stopped working after 5 months and I was well within the warranty period.

                            So I registered for a warranty claim on my mosquito bat but after the acknowledgement online there is no action .
                            I have not received any further call or email after the acknowledgement online.

                              Sales order no WON100092, while placing order we have requested for bottom drawers in both cupboard, same is not there in already delivered 1 product and on enquiring now sales person has informed it can't be customised. Sales officer has sold us product with false commitment and not knowing simple meaning of bottom, as we have requested him for bottom drawers and now he showing middle drawers in place of bottom drawers.

                              Please cancel the undelivered order, as well as take back the delivered product and refund the entire money paid till date to godrej interio

                                Purchased an almirah paying 45000.00 on 24June from N G Mercantile Pvt Ltd, ABC, Guwahati Assam and it was supposed to be delivered to me on 26 June. I called the seller on 26June and came to know that it be delayed by 2 -3 days. But to my utter surprise, it has been 10 days since I paid the full amount yet not received any intimation. Further, I tried to contact the sales boy, but his phone out of reachabable. I was not expecting such kind of response from a reputed company like Godrej. Now, my concern is when shall I get my item and if not I want my amount refund back.

                                  We have ordered Godrej Modular Kitchen Setup from MSR Sales Pvt.Ltd in June 2022, Setup completed in Feb 2023. I am writing to express my absolute disappointment regarding faulty setup and poor customer service that I received from them.
                                  We noticed that many parts of the setup were back dated different from our order, a few pieces unpacked. It seems that they tried to use it from other orders.
                                  There were scratches, defective pieces, defective doors, defective skirting PFA photographs. We escalated to the Godrej support team - Mr Vishwanath, Mr Mahade Ubhe and Mr Rahul Patil. They asked to complete the setup first, then they will inspect. Mr Rahul Patil inspected the Kitchen setup after a long follow up by us. 3 months back they ordered for replacement of the open counter and last month they replaced it which was more faulty then previous. There are still faults in Skirting, one side panel part and Glass door defect. but Mr Rahul Patil agreed only for replacement of Glass door.
                                  I would like to cancel all my order as I am not getting what I have paid for, including Mental stress, arguments with my mother & sister received from your staff. It was literally begging for justice.
                                  We are old Godrej customers but never had such an experience. Your escalation team is also not helpful, they are not picking our calls, totally ignoring us. I have no option other than moving to consumer court for this injustice.

                                    Guys, dont buy their furniture range. They dont honor warranty claims. Within 4-5 months their sub standard fabric of dining chairs is chipping and they say its a maintainence issue. Chairs are in pristine consition with no mark used with utmost care.

                                    They make generic statements of maintainence issue to deny claims of 4 months when chair dont even have any marks or stains as well.
