I ordered a Glass top table from Godrej Interio Website but was delivered a Woodtop table.
I asked the delivery guys to take back the table which they did but no one answered my call at Godrej Interio Customer Care.
On writing an email they came back saying that the product is correct but their Website had the wrong details about the product.
Now after numberous email and calls(where I have to explain the situation to a different person each time). They have sent an email telling me the below:
"Our team has tried to contact you but your number is not contactable. We would like to inform you that this product comes with wooden top, we cannot replace it with glass top.
Since there was an error from our side, we can take the product return if you want. We request you to please decide fast."
They accept their error but are showing benovelance by accepting a return order. While still wanting me to decide fast. They took over a week to investigate by the way.
Considering the incorrect information on there website and there acceptance of the fact. I would not advise any one to buy a product from their website.
