Last september 2019 i purchased a tata tiago xz+ from concord motors, nettoor, ernakulam, kerala. After completing 2100km i got a puncher on my left back tyre. I contacted the authorized goodyear service center for repair. They told me that "a 2cm crack is on my tyre, this is a manufacturing defect, please contact the car dealer for replacement". I contacted the concord motors and the engineer inspected the tyre and he also said the same. He take my tyre and registered the complaint in goodyear. Goodyear engineer inspected my tyre and he is telling that the tyre is damaged there is no warranty for that.in the inspection report (Sir-935329) he wrote my name, address and contact number as wrong.
