Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that when I had got my Membership for Grand Tourio Holiday Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Thane Branch, I had certain queries related to the tours & I also wanted to enquire about a holiday trip for which I was continuously calling Mr. Amol Patil, Kiran & executive Komal Chalke. But due to my utter surprise no one was answering my call, due to which I was very tensed & hence there is no response after the payment of Rs. 65, 000 was made from my credit card. And also I was not informed that interest would be attracted to EMI amount along with processing fees.

As discussed with Karan Nagwekar – TO Manager, there is a medical emergency my father in law & my home loan & personal loan EMI burden due to which I would request you to kindly refund the amount paid by me i.e., 65, 000 /- on 8th Jan 2017.

My father in law has undergone with cardiac arrest so I require immediate fund for the same to be deposited in the hospital to start the process of surgery.

Hence, request you to consider this critical condition & reverse the tour amount paid by me.

This is a fake company and i have understood this. Fortunately not like other but I too have lost my money Rs. 10, 000/- debited from my savings account saying my credit card will be issued in next 7 working days and now its been more than 2 months and i hardly get any response from them.
When I asked for refund they directly says "No refund system"

This is just for your information that please dont even go to the "Grand Tourio" company Thane. All their team members are high quality cheaters. Seriously I dont know what people get by cheating innocent peoples.

They cheat peoples by presenting their own person in front of you and asking you to invest in bla bla scheme. Its all their set up to make you fools.

My final lines are "Those who have already been cheated (including me) forget their money and those who are getting such calls from the name "Grand Tourio" Just run away by Saying "Get Lost"

So dear friend please come together and make them understand the power of a common man.

    Dear sir,

    I had made a holiday membership purchase from grand tourio holiday solutions pvt ltd., thane branch on nov 06 2016. I was promised by the company executive mr, amol patil and manoj that i can avail holidays upto 6 days and 7 nights once in a year from the date of membership. They asked me to pay 65000 rs for an emi of 24 months through credit card, which i did. Now the issues here are

    1. I asked them for holidays for rajasthan for dec 26 th to jan 1 which was straightaway declined saying no hotels available. At the time of presentation i was promised of any hotel any time of the year. I had made this request on nov 10th before 45 days in advance as per company rules.

    2. Now the worst part is that the no of emi's i was promised of 24 months was suddenly changed to 12 months without notifying me. I cannot take this burden of extra emi's. That is why i asked them again to convert it to 24 emi's. The company sales head mr. Manoj is saying it was a mistake from their end and is asking me to make a fresh payment of another 65000 which will be converted into 24 months and they will provide me a cheque of old 65000 after one week from my new payment.

    I told them to first pay my 65000 rs and then i will make another payment of 65000 rs which they are not agreeing. I am not at all ready to take risk of paying another 65000 rs to such an unprofessional organisation.

    I asked them to cancel my membership for which they are saying it is not possible.

    I have the mail communication for this. If needed can send you.

    I want you to take this complaint to them and please help me to cancel my membership as until now i am not provided with any holidays or ask them to covert my emi's into 24 months.

    As spoken to Priyanka my wife received a call to pay 15000 below is the email received. Kindly advice what is this payment as we were informed there is no other cost. Also you have not yet reverted back about the EMI interest cost.

    I was promised 6 nights package for 6 years and was charged 80000 however later they are asking for another 15000 and when asking what it is for they mention it is for taxes. I mentioned this was not informed and even while taking the contract had confirmed no other cost and now when asking for clarification no one id ready to take the call and someone mentions will arrange for call back The manager was Karan Nagaonkar and Priyanka A Mishra. I want to cancel however they are not taking the phone call.
    Also one important information I have gone to their office and they have a boxer in their office so I am scared to go and have a face to face talk if I have an argument the boxer can beat me

Your sales people have fooled my old parents and they have taken membership from thier hard earned money and now they are being taken for a ride.     Hello all my problem has been solved by Mr Manoj Mishra. Agreed to give 1 year holiday.
    This company Grand Tourio is making people fool as we are not united, I request people to post there review to aware other also.Today I also visited there Thane office and waste my 4 hrs (to & fro time). My experience is that when I deny there membership, as they guy wanted to pay money immediately without any second opinion & review, there tone of voice was changed. (Thanks to god I deny, after seen such type of review.) Mr. Pandey told me that you have wasted my 45 minutes without thinking that I have spend more than 5 Hrs, & moreover its afternoon time (1 - 6pm) in summer when outside temperature daily breaks record & more than RS. 300 to reach him. Such type of act should be condemn & should teach a lesson.
    Mr. Manoj if You really believe in customer satisfaction then you should trained your staff to respect customer We are not coming for free gift voucher (which is useless) but for our commitment to come & judge your services, such type of act spoil the reputation of company. Now a days Truecaller tells that who is calling & from where it is calling & how many person make this call as spam. So thinking people as dump and thinking that you guy make them fool easily is not true. My wife is very upset on Mr. Pandey about there statement & thinking for some legal action against this company.
    If you people(customer) really wanted to teach a lesson to this company plz come together I will guide you how to reach government grievance cell and file a complaint. ( I am not a member hence not file any service deficit or legal complaint and demand for compensation, My approach is limited to violation of DND services, making a false calls & cheating etc.)

    Every day they are looting so many people. I think no action are taken against them( country club and Grand tourio). Even police is also not doing any FIR. We must viral this incidence on Watsapp and facebook, and tag Mumbai Police and Other higher Authorities. share with more n more people and groups to aware people n take action against these fraud companies.

    on 2.2.17, mr.Manoj and team promised so many things, but not put together on 100 rs stamp paper.One of the promise that gt(grant tourio)gave special complimentary tour any where in india including to&fro airtkt for 2 pax, hotel booking, breakfast.But he and his ho team simply passed time for 2 months and never issued air tkt.Lastly 2 days before, manoj who promised asked me without any shame to accept one way fare .Also promised to offer summer camp facility 15 to 21 days.But when i requested it was ignored.
    But all agreed points i place on 1 paper and signed by myself and manoj.
    They are cheating.We all to come together.Let us publish in news paper about gt's service standard.

    I did not read about grand tourio. Today i have made a payment of 70 thousand by credit card following things are promised to me
    I was told to pay 70 thousand for 3 years plus 10000 for 6 nights holidays anywhere in india. 6 nights every year for 3 years.
    If i like their services I may pay another 70000 and take the services for another 3 years. However agreement clearly says witin 90 day i have to pay another 70 thousand also. I was assured by the grand tourio team that it is not obligatory for me to pay another 70000 as it is only a standard agreement and it is not applicable in my case.

    Also I was promised that the entire interest levied on the 70000 will be paid back by Grand Tourio after I pay first emi to my bank .

    They have promised me one candle night dinner every year except liqour all food and beverage free.

    Complimentary passes to kapil sharma show etc 12 passes

    Free transit to hotel and airport.

    Every month 2 movie passes.

    Any of their hotels i can book banquet hall 3 times in 2 years.

    They showed me microwave and a fryer (i chose fryer)however after i asked for it after payment they told me that i will be called after some days and they would deliver at my home or will have to collect it from their office.

    My net was not working well in the office. I could only check the site once i paid and came out.

    Thereafter i called up Mr Karan who was introduces as the Senior Manager and he assured me that I shd try their services as all above concerns are resolved.

    I hope it is true.

    I will post back once I have an experience.

    Poor response.. On an average We are paying 5000 per day to them for a days holiday.
    Now I am being offered rooms available worth 3500 in make my trip .com
    I hope this doesn't turn out to be a fraud.

    Fake promises by fraud company. They never addressed my issue. I am chasing for around a year. I will give worst rating.
    It's a Fraud company. Today when I called them Karan informed me that they never promised me standard Star hotels but they meant Star ratings in google .
    It a fraudulent company.
    Thankfully my all issues are getting resolved.
    1.The hotel was amazing, the food, location, beaches were excellent. I am so thankful that every year I will be travelling to new destination with Grand Tour. Thank You for such a lovely and affordable holiday. (Mannish)

    4.I received what I was promised by the team of Grand Tour. Grand Tour is working very hard in providing affordable holidays to middle class people.     5.Bali is wonderful!!! So is Grand Tour team. I was happy to see all the promises were fulfilled. I also wanted to change my hotels on last minute and Grand Tour people helped me do that immediately and on immediate basis. They also provided 5% discount on air fares. (Hashish 2)
    Yesterday I attended so called 45 mins session. Rubbish and pathetic. The scheme overall looks cheating on someone. Today I thought to check about company and reading all this reviews confirmed that this is utter rubbish as it looks. Thanks for the reviews posted here. We truly thanks internet as it helps ppl always by one or other way.
    I would say ppl should understand ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ before putting hard earned money in such rubbish things. Don’t take immediate decision as these ppl always say today is last day of the offer blab la.
    After hearing 45 mins session we said we need time. And now thanking ourselves saying we did right thing not taking immediate decision to avail this. And thanks again to ppl who posted their reviews bringing true facts about company and its services and thanks to internet.
    Grand Tourio is a Fraud company. They will show you a wow picture and take full money from you but after taking membership they will change all committements and eligibility that they would have committed and tell you that you have paid only half money.
    Their Sr Manager Vivek Singh offered us 3 yrs plus 1 week bonus for Rs 67500/ for domestic and international trips.
    They withdrew all our eligibilities they committed to us
    1. Vivek Singh told us we are Eligible for Domestic and International Trips for 4 weeks total since we have made full payment for 3 yrs and get 1 week as bonus. Now they say We avail Domestic Holiday after 50% of the payment of the membership amount, And International Holiday after the full payment.)

    2. Vivek Singh also said Maintenance charge of 15000/ further reduced to 8000/ Now they say The maintenance Charges cannot be reduced

    3. Member is eligible for 2 movie tickets every month.

    4. Member is eligible for gym membership which is sponsored by grand tourio. No details provided to avail the same and it is still pending.

    5. Member is eligible for yearly one free candle light dinner for 1 couple.

    6. Member is eligible for all events passes like Iifa, Dandiya, music shows and now they say only those event passes which are sponsored by grand tourio.

    7. Eligible for lounge access at all airports. Now they say We will not be able to provide you this facilities.

    8. Discount on flight bookings will be provided to you.

    9. Applying and processing Visa on behalf o[censored]s.
    They have openly rejected all this on email.

    10. They provided us with some useless printout for free 2nights 3 days holiday on taking membership however that has no contact or details to avail the same.

    11. The free gift they were supposed to give us Kenwood Air Fryer/ Bajaj Microwave after taking membership is out of stock as per them but still available in the market when I checked.

    Grand Tourio Fraud company.
    Hi, I have joined grand tourio just a month back. I asked for my candle light dinner & It was arranged within a day in a smooth manner. They answered all my questions & wherever I stuck they helped me out of it. Even at night in the hotel I had some problem due to my mistake they attended my call & sorted my problem. I really liked their service & thank all their staff for the cooperation.
    Secondly I asked for film ticket & they sent me that too with good response & due to some problem again in my email I could not get the ticket but still they quickly resent on another email as per my request. Again thanks to all staff.
    Me & my family liked both thier arrangement & enjoyed it alot.

    Fake promises by fraud company. They never addressed my issue. I have paid 1.57 lacs upfront, there are no std. rate, they make people fool, I am filling a public litigation against them, please join me if you want

    We also happen to get a call and visited this Company's Space in Andheri West at Shreekrishna yesterday.

    We spent almost 2-2.5 Hours with the sales executives to understand the package and all terms and condition. I read this conversation now and happy that I made a decision to not to purchase INR 1, 50, 000 international package from them.

    In the final offer they extended 6 years holiday package to include another 6 bonus weeks of any hotels holidays, along with 3 extra dinner at any Five star restaurants every year, 2 movie tickets per month for 6 years, 12 Event passes almost worth 2500 per event every year, Gym Membership for 6 years, 1 Microvave Oven, 1 Air Frier, Plus every time I go to holiday, I am required to Pay 2150/ day towards TPC (Food, Pick up drop, other Indoor / Outdoor activity charges Etc)

    Plus I was also given an incentive of buyback of alternate holidays by the Golden Tourio themselves @ minimum of INR 30, 000 for each week.

    The entire offer was too fascinating but at the same time it was too Sugary to Digest.

    Further, in the entire communication one thing which kept on being suspicious was the other guy was never willing to reduce the prices. But he was always willing to extend a bonus week of holidays. (Which I now understand reading this post, that if you are never going to get a stay at any hotel, he can give you as many as free number of days)

    Some quick facts about the company
    - The company Named Grand Tourio Holiday Solutions Pvt. Ltd is no where registered on the website of registrar of companies. (Available free to all users)
    - There are hundreds of such fraud cases against this company.
    - The salesmen are too pushy and always want to swipe your credit card.
    - All Sales person are youngsters and lack knowledge about what is in the package and what is not.
    - There is a bouncer kept outside the company ( I mean if you are genuine and sell genuine package, keep a normal security. Why keeping bouncers ??!)
    - Too loud music being played in one big hall where almost 13 couple are sitting on each desk with a separate in-experienced sales executive and trying to sell their product. In my opinion Music is too loud so that no one can think rationally and apply their mind on the motives behind the deal.
    - The sales girl kept on pushing this is one day offer, take it or leave it. Once I go out its price is going to be INR 6.5 lacs. And I am one of Lucky 100 person to get this offer.
    - None of the conditions agreed were mentioned in the agreement copy of 2 pages.

    In all I would request consumer to be more vigilant and cautious of such fraudsters.

    I received a call yesterday saying I have a lucky draw from cinepollis and I must come to collect my gifts

    And then I ended landing in the grand Tourio office Thane

    I have paid 15000 as token money and they said to pay remaining by credit card with in 7 days, they are only going to provide credit card.

    Reading all ur comment I am feeling that I am fooled.
    Should I pay the remaining amount,
    If I want my money back how will I get it

    Please previously experienced people help me out.
