We bought a PureIt RO Purifier and got linked with this company Grand Water Solutions as the company who shall do the servicing of the same.
Grand Water Solutions offered us an yearly subscription for ₹5, 500 where they shall fix any problems there are for our RO Purifier if they ever arrive in the entire year for free of cost.
On 15th July 2021, the SF light started blinking in our RO Purifer. We called Grand Water Solutions the next day on 16th July, the lady that answered mentioned that someone would come the next day to fix the same. We eagerly waited the next day for the same till afternoon and called again to take an update for it when she said the agent would come the next day. This happened for a couple days and finally an agent arrived on 22nd July after repeated calls. After arriving, the Agent mentioned he was not aware that SF Candle had an issue even though that had been mentioned over the phone. He mentioned another agent would come the next day and we got the Managers number from that particular agent hoping that something would change. Name of Manager - Rahul.
Again, after repeated calls (They ignored most calls or switched their phones off), Mr. Uttam Singh arrived on Saturday and mentioned it had another issue as well and would have to take RO purifier along with him. He also asked us to stop using the RO purifer for sometime. We started using Boiled Water for our home then. Mr. Uttam Singh came on Monday then to take our RO Purifier even though he promised he would take it on Saturday evening itself and since then we have been trying to get in touch with them, however, with no fruitful response.
While using Boiled Water for our home, 3 members of our home started suffering from diarrhea and since then we have been buying Bisleri water bottles. This has led to an increased expenditure of Doctors and Medicines and there is a very frustrating and tense environment in our family as of now. It has been a total of 15 days since we have been facing this issue, however, we still have no update if something would fix soon.
