I bought 2 yr AMC fr rs9000 n hv been following up with draw ### frm last Jan 2022. The female reps that r answerig the calls r so unprofessional n their supervisor RAHUL[protected] has been telling me.frm.past 2 weeks now that we dnt hv a technician to cover noida region.since Jan supposedly thy dint hv filters to replace..they r making fool out us.i see lot o[censored]s has same complain.leys file a police colony against them so that atleast...

I have taken AMC for 2 yrs by paying Rs. 8000. They told me that technician will come once in every 3 month... however no phonecalls have been made there after..I m calling since 7 Days .however no response from company..the girl who is receiving call doesnt have sense how to talk with customer..she simply cut the phone without listening. Worst service ever...

I just keep calling them for service of my RO, but they just keep on giving dates. No agent was send from their end. Worst service ever....

We bought a PureIt RO Purifier and got linked with this company Grand Water Solutions as the company who shall do the servicing of the same.

Grand Water Solutions offered us an yearly subscription for ₹5, 500 where they shall fix any problems there are for our RO Purifier if they ever arrive in the entire year for free of cost.

I have taken AMC in 2020 September, My RO is not getting ON.Technician came and said power supply not working and changed this, After 15days again same problem.Now they are not coming from last 8 days I am calling them they are saying no technician.I asked them to return my AMC amount.they said it can't be.We all need to be together and complaints to the police about them....

I had taken an AMC with the company for my RO. The receipt issued states that tenure is one year and that all complaints will be addressed to any number of time apart from quarterly filter replacement service.

However when I called them to book my final service, they outrightly declined the service stating that they do not entertain the requests in the last 1 week of the contract. The service manager Ms. Priyanka shamelessly...
