Dear sir/madam
I purchased a lg ref from baruipur great eastern trading company. Sales manager mr. Sumanta. I placed an order against invoice no - w2724/1819/01055 dated-04/05/2018 for model-c292ssou 260ltr. After few days ref not cooling properly. The service manager visit again and again but problem not solved. Again service manager visit agenest call no-rnp[protected] and change the compressor and say that problem solved permanently. But after 1day problem not solved. He (Mr. Manas bhurishrestha) told me that ref never services. So he contact higher authority for change the product, but till now no improvement.
It's my very bad experience from baruipur great eastern trading company and lg service center.
Please if possible please change my ref as soon as possible.
