Respected Sir/Madam,
This is Mr.Liberatus Pro Rodrigues. The reason I am writing this mail because I'm facing a very bad services from the Greaves Cotton Company .
I had purchased 2 electric bike Ampere Zeal from them and then after few months i started facing issues with batteries of the bike. So I went to the service station the next day then told me they will replace the battery and provide us the new battery. and they gave a temporary battery to use till the New battery doesn't come and now its been more than 8 months they have not provided the batteries and everytime i visit the service station they just tell me its in transit and it will take more two days.
Please help me to get my batteries from them. They have harassed me alot. Please help me.
