Recently on my inquiry for infra equipment from greaves cotton, i received quotation from mr tapas nandi, manager, greaves cotton, kolkata branch office attached with file name pi on 06/09/2010. I was satisfied with description so i ordered the products in pi by paying advance of rs 25000. Firstly, the dispute started when company delayed the delivery of products. Now, on 25/09/2017, i was send revised pi saying there was a mistake in gst calculation so please find attached revised pi. I accepted it. Again, without any prior information for any changes in description of product i was asked to clear the rest of dues. I paid the rest of the amount on 26/09/2017. But still the delivery of products failed. On 07/10/2017, i was informed that my product is ready at the distributor place - m/s shiva tading & co, ratu road, ranchi, jharkhand. When we saw the product it did not matched with description in pi. As per pi and brochure the engine for needle vibrator has to be of 3 hp but i was given 1.5 hp engine. Also, plate compactor engine also varied from description. And the pump i ordered did not came. I did not accept the product on that date and tried to contact mr tapas nandi and mr v mathusuthanan of greaves cotton but they did not respond. Finally on 17/10/2017 with great anger and disgust i picked the available products from distributor as my work was hampering. But again after opening the box i found mounting for needle vibrator damaged. Kindly help
