[Resolved] Gruha Kalyan — Fraud

I have booked a flat with Gruhakalyan during their prelaunch offer last june. later i decided to cancel due to personal reasons. But still i could not get my refund booking amount/cheque from them. everyday they are telling some reasons like MD out of station, cheque book is empty or else no one is picking our call. I dont know how to get my refund 1 lakhs from them. could any one help /suggest whom to approach in this regard...
