[Resolved]  Gruha Kalyan — Payment not received and, cheque bounced after 150 days of cancellation of property

I booked a flat with an amount of Rs 100000/- gruha kalyan Carnation property at bannerghatta road on june 16th 2016.
I got to know that it is not Gruha kalyan's name.Then I went to Gruhakalyan to cancel, they accepted the cancellation request on 24th june 2014 & after 2 months as per agreement 75 working days from the day of cancellation but I got a post dated of Rs 99000/- dated 25/10/2016 that is exactly after 90 working days from cancellation date).Cheque got bounced because of insufficient balance. Mr Sridhar and Mr Santosh from Gruhakalyan gave one more commitment date of 4th november for cash payment after taking my bank details, again they defaulted.
they gave another date of 10th november again failed on commitment, after demonetization policy they gave one more date for RTGS transfer i.e., 14th nov again repeated story not received funds.18th nov sridhar and santosh committed they will arrange Rs 50000 through RTGS without fail, this time as per their cycle the reason for not giving --they took a similar customer name of me by mistake it has been transfered to him. this reason is 4th step of their cycle, which they will follow for every one. They post poned to 22 nd november for refund of Rs 99000/- but I didn't get anything. Mr sridhar and santosh both will never respond to the call so every time I need to go to their HSR office and even after going for 12 times to Gruhakalyan I am not able to get anything.For one lakh rupees I am leaving all my other work and going to their office. I am really loosing interest for going behind Gruhakalyan, please help me to get my refund amount.
