Guys, here is my experience with the so called Gruha Kalyan...
recently I got a message on my cell with some offer on Flats and I contacted them via phone which sounded lucrative. They then started chasing me with a free pick up and drop option to show the location of the property they going to construct the flats. I agreed to accompany them on Monday and the location was just opposite to Manyata Tech Park adjacent to Hanging Garden Apartments. Post this activity they took me to their office at Rammurthy nagar to show the floor plans and present pricing options. The sales guy mentioned to me that the project will be completed by mid of 2018.
They initially quoted 23.75 for a 3BHK and with a slight negotiation by myself the price was dropped to 19.5 Lakhs... And they wanted to payment either through check or cash on the same day. However, I needed a day's time to think but the sales guy (Adambas) convienced me by saying your monies would be safe. I agreed still was reluctant to go with them as they were asking for a booking amount and finally I made up my mind ok let me go for it. During drop they wanted the check for 3 lakhs with the current date but I purposely gave them a post dated check (just one day after) and intentionally did a slight mistake in amount section. I then read their reviews on NET well more or less it was the same pitch given by these guys to all buyers of their so called project which never exists.
The next morning I recieved a call by the sales guy saying if you can provide today's dated check we can give you further discounts. I politely agreed to them understanding their gimmicks. I asked them to hand over the check so I can release a fresh check of present day... They send the same guy who picked me up location visit... I took the checks back and told him and asked him to F OFF as I'm not interested. He then requested me to speak to his manager the same sales guy... I gave the piece of mind to the gentlemen who sold me this concept. All in All I pulled back my decision to go with these guys.
Well the moral of the story is these guys are definitely Cheats and have been playing around with people emotion who wants to buy a Dream Home from their hard earned monies.
My sympathies to some of you guys whose monies are stuck with these Frauds but do not give up and fight back for your monies Gentlemen. Was this information helpful? |
