Sir/madam,
I am a poor and middle class person attracted to pre-launch offer at gruha kalyan for carnation project at bannergatta road. They forced me to pay 8 lacs as an 30% of the down payment. It was said that the project will commence in 2 months duration . I enquired with a lawer, he validated and said that the documents are correct and took 10000/- rupees . But it was more than 8 months and they have not started the construction . Then i have re validated with different person and came to know that the property is not belongs to the person in the mou and builder - gruha kalyan . It belongs to jaya shankar. All my hard earn money locked for 8 months with gruhakalyan . When i asked they are replying in rude manner and asked me to cancel if i need . I have cancelled on the spot[protected] but they issued 8 post dated cheques each one for 1 lack started at august 2016.
I came to know that they are doing the same kind of activity for all the customers. I have all proofs and their employee contacts and photos with me.
Kindly do the needful and help us to get the money immediately. It mean a lot for me.
