Gruha Kalyan — Not returning my booking amount

I booked a flat in Feb from this fraud company GruhaKalyan. I cancelled it after 10 days. I was given cheque for 98k for 27 May but they told me not to cash it. I was promised a DD but they never gave it. Now their General Manager Siddharth is telling me to remove this post instead of paying back My money. Total fraud. Don't give them a penny.
