I paid7 lakhs to gruha kalyan, office located at hsr layout, still no one is taking my phone calls, all the phone numbers are barred and switched off.

I don't no to whom i should complaint? I live in canada my mobile number is[protected] my email id: [protected]@gmail.com, my name is srinivas. Our country officials and politics are totally corrupted, please give me any suggestion how to recover money from gruha.
