Billing related issue

We get the wrong bill from the Gujarat Gas they apply the extra charge when we was not stay at our home, when we complain then they are asking evidence of electricity bill then we are providing the same to Gujarat Gas but after so long time they are not update at all so kindly looking to the matter...

Domestic connection not provide till date

Address: Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli

We have apply online form for domestic gas connection on 06/10/2022 with application no. ERSI01100035 and payment paid Rs. 5618/- on 18/10/2022 after online conformation of my application.
We have many time call to care and visit local office at Silvassa (Dadra & Nagar Haveli) but till date not any response.
Gujarat Gas has not provide online complain system which is compulsory.

Meter reading: working lady , house closed so every time get minimum bill. Error on submitting gas meter reading

Complaint about your team workers

Hello on 13/04/23 gasline fitting workers came for gasline fitting. They said they will dig pit for pipeline fitting. But after that they also said we won't fill the pit they said you have to fill the pit by self. So this is not fair we already paid for that and they are doing like this . So you have to do some strict actions on that workers and finish my work as soon as possible either give me refund with full interest....

From 139, nagnath society, hathasani road, savarkundla. Every other house in my society got installed gas meter, except my home. I have told them multiple times but they aren't responding. Please take strict action against such lazy workers....

Company charging wrong since years

Gujarat Gas Limited is deliberately using a faulty billing policy and system to cough up more money from domestic consumers without consumer's knowledge.
For all House Close meter reading events, company regularly supplies minimum bills and levy money accordingly. And when meter is read during subsequent visit, company charges for gas consumption based on difference from the last meter reading - which might have occurred sometimes...

Sustained wrong billing

Gujarat Gas Limited is deliberately using a faulty system to cough up more money from domestic consumers.
For all House Close meter reading events, company supplies regular minimum bills and levy money. And when meter is read during subsequent visit, company charges for gas consumption based on difference from the last meter reading - which might have occurred sometimes 6-9 months back.

Complaint about workers of gas line fitting

As per telephonic conversation with [protected] .. they told me submit installment cheque no security desk, i was called there this person they not recived my call .. and that day .. i am deposit 2000 cheque on drop box and same also cleared. But your executive disconnect our line without inform us..

Now our ramdan months every body have fast and also i was connected to...

Still gas line pending

I had applied for connection 26/8/22.
Still connection not received. Visited office many times but they say it will come next month. Now it's more than 6 month still line not installed.For special people they have availability of material and contractor but for normal people they don't have. Please resolve it or I have to go for consumer forum....

Part Work Done

We have done registration for new connection in March 2022 at that time of registration we have ask them when our gas line will be fitted they told after Diwali. In Nov 2022 they come for survey and told from next week work will be started but no work started we are taking follow with but they are giving only reasons and commitment. But till date not any work or positive reply for online or offline.

About refitting at home

Gujarat gas been a worst in service when comes to helping customers when they need.
I have been waiting for their person to come at my home for refitting of pipe inside of my house. Even after i have paid the charges for that INR 500.0 upfront....
