This is dharvi shah
I have booked 4 ticket of round way trip from ahmedabad to vadodara and then back of dated 13 th jan 2018 at 6:45pm to 15 th jan 2018 8:00pm.

I was on verge of completion of transaction and the webpage was leading me towards the merchant page then it showed transaction failure.

I have payment id : 90866399 and the ob reference number : gs4920864

When i will get my refund of the amount 1476 rupees.
Why is this problem happening? Its costing me more time. We think if we bok online ticket then we will save time but itz happening the opposite of it.

So i request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and get a solution and refund my money.

    Dear sir/madam

    We had ticket from ahmedabad to palitana. Pick up from nehru nagar and the timing is 7:30 but the bus was not came and the people who were sitting there they were not given any right answers to us. The bus is break down near ranip. So there is no other bus for the customer we had confirm ticket still i hqce to go palitana by unother bus and i don't have any site for sitting.
    Gsrtc is a very big name in the gujarat still they don't have any other bus for the passenger it is very shameful thing do something regarding this

        We have booked ticket from bhuj to rajkot sleeper bus on 28 december through paytm. Bus time was 9:10 pm. But the bus came was sitting. Pnr noumber is : g18183816. Ticket id : ozso5u. Order id : [protected]. Trip id: 1825jsltjndslp1:5064:241:1359. Amount was 825 rs. Please refund the money as soon as possible. We did not go in the sitting bus. I am sending the photos of ticket. All the details are in the photos. It has been already 15 days.

        Okk so consumer Complaints did nothing even after so many mails, after 30 days. But I have booked ticket through Paytm . I complained on Paytm . So thay refunded me with in 30 minutes. So the conclusion is there is no use of consumer Complaints because they do nothing. This site is just formality . You just think that after complain they will refund you. But no well this is gsrtc we are talking about. So well never complaint here. I got refunded through Paytm. I think you people don't have any rights to fool people. If you are not going to take any action against complaint then why you have this site. Why westing peoples time and money. Well I learnt that never complain on this site.

        Its month still I did not get refund. What are you people doing? You are not going to build tajmhal with my 825 rs. Passenger who were with us thay get refunded immediately because thay did not book the bus online. But we are not getting refundes. What is your logic. My father told me to go just by the bus that came because it is government. And they will not give you any money.but I was nevi enough to think thay I will get refunded. We did not go our often our home because we did not want to waste our fathers money. But why you will think that ? You people just seat in your office and fool people like us. Now we never book St bus online . And want to tell all the people to not book St bus online . St bus go with the turtle speed that I knew. But I did not know that your system is also working with the turtle speed. This is the reason why people chose private bus despiet of higher prize.

            Shops in ahmedabad bus depot charge higher price than mrp for many items.

            A shop keeper is charging 40rs for an maaza bottle which has mrp of 35rs. On confronting the issue with him he said this the price charged here.

            Resolution - price should not be higher than mrp

            Vadodara - Visnagar bus which was scheduled to be departed from source at 10:00 AM on 6th January, 2018 departed at 9:40 AM according to the physical log book of departure and arrival at bus station. We missed the bus second time in recent days and this is highly disappointing.

                  I had bought a ticket of gsrtc bus as on 7/01/2018. The boarding was from nehrunagar;ahmedabad to jetpur. The boarding time was 13:10. My booking seat was confirmed by the paytm and my money was also taken from it. But according to the rules i was not provided the bus number and no bus name was provided to me. I received my pnr no also but when i got into the bus and when conducter asked ms for ticket i told that i had booked seat no:30 online. The conducter was not provide any info about my ticket. I had to pay the money for another ticket for which i was not liable to pay. I only had about 200 rs in my pocket to utilise for myself and i suffered a lot by ur fault. I need the refund of my ticket otherwise i can also complain to the parivahan minister. Thankyou. Solve my problem as fast as possible.

                    The bus driver and conductor of bus khambhat to palanpur are too lasy bcz i observed that last 3 months he never reached on time at ahmedabad at every morning &it is always late about 20minuts every day. And behavior of the conductor is redeculus. Bus pipeline of ahmedabad to khambhat is too short at evening so we request you to please increase no of russia.

                      I have booked the tickit from junagadh to ahmedabad.
                      Bus: somnath gandhinagar.
                      Time junagadh: 23.50
                      My seat no: 11
                      I have really disappoint for a seatting areangement. The pushback is not working and i have strugguling with fever. Also in online customer complain number have not received the call. I have really disapoint for this service. As i have long journey so. I am regular traveling in this bus. But this time finally not getting proper service as i spent the money. Othervise you need to wever for this bed service.

                        During our travel to ahmedabad from bagasara on 07/01/2018 through krushnanagar-bagasara we have experienced unnecessary waiting at amreli depot due to miss communication about fuel volume to be provided for this bus. This kind of miss communication has taken a time of about half an hour to clarify the same. The fuel provider and driver were having arguments about the fuel volume. The fuel provider was initially refused to provide more than 50 ltrs of diesel

                              Traveling from ahmedabad to surat in gsrtc sleeper bus gj-18-y-7854 on 04/01/2018. First of all bus came late (25 minutes) at ahmedabad central station. The condition of bus is worst in terms of external and internal physical condition, curtains not available, bus shaking on smooth highway road, internal mechanical structure damage, suspension & linners are not proper, seats are torn at many places for both sleeper and sitting, windows are jam. India pm & gujarat cm talking about vikas bus if we compare with other state then they might hv better bus.

                                I got reservation for bus on 2nd january, 2018 on 11:35 from junagadh to bhuj in the bus route of bhuj-veraval. I just reach to junagadh bus-stand at 11:40 and bus has gone

                                1: they not even waited for 5 minitues for reservation ticket.

                                I just run fast to catch the bus in car, and i got that bus on jetpur highway.. And stopped bus and i told conducter that i have reservation for this bus but they did not allowed me to sit in that bus,. He is asking me for another ticket, i argue and recorded his audio.

                                2: i have reservation ticket still he asking for another payment. 2 tickets for 1 journey???

                                At last they did not allowed me to sit in that bus.
                                Reservation passenger can not seat in bus even if he catch the bus,...
                                This behaviour can not be tolerated.

                                  Sir, bavla depo managenet is not providing instant pass.
                                  They always takes 2-3days to renew student pass because of that most of the students are facing problems
                                  Students have to take 2-3days leave from colleges/schools to renew their pass, which affects their study.

                                  So please sir take this complaint seriously and do further investigation.

                                      તા[protected] બપોરે 3:45 વાગે બસ નંબર જીજે 18 વાય 8525 રુટ ચાણસ્મા થી બાપુનગર ના ડ્રાઈવર દ્વારા રામપુરા ચોકડી પાસે અકસ્માતના આશયથી મારા વાહન પર બેફામ રીતે ધસીને આવેલ ત્યારે તેને વિનંતી ની દ્રષ્ટિથી ટકોર કરવા જતા મને ડ્રાઈવર દ્વારા બેફામ વાણી વિલાસ કરી જાતિવાચક તથા અપમાનિત વિભત્સ ગાળો બોલેલા ત્યારે સંસ્થાના વડા ને ફરિયાદ કરવાનુ કહેતા અતિશય આક્રોશ થી ડ્રાયવર દ્વારા 'D.C તથા ડેપો મેનેજર મારૂ શુ તોડી લેશે ' એવુ અભદ્ર વાણી વિલાસ થી બોલેલ જે વિભાગીય નિયામક શ્રી ને ટેલીફોનિક વાત મારા દ્વારા સંભાળાવેલ. . આવુ વર્તન સરકારી નિગમ ના કર્મચારીની સિસ્ત અને દાદ ના નિયમ વિરુદ્ધ તથા એસ. ટી નિગમ સંસ્થાની આન બાન અને શાન ને ઝાખપ લાગે તેવુ વિકૃત વર્તન કરેલ..જે અંગે યોગ્ય સંસ્થાના અન્ય કર્મચારી મા દાખલો બેસે એવ કડક શિક્ષાત્મક પગલા લેવા આપ શ્રી ને મારી નમ્ર અરજ છે...
