Cheating in H1B processing

I have been cheated by taking money for H1B processing. I have paid total of 3 Lakhs out of which 1 Lakh has been returned back but remaining amount excluding processing fees is not yet paid.
I have made several calls but of no use. I am frustrated as these consultants are not responding properly. Please help.

Hi everyone, I am a victim of the H1Base-India company.They have taken an amount of 16, 854 and promised me that they would arrange a minimum of three interviews with the client to get an client offer letter for the H1B Visa.But in reality they did not arrange even a single interview.I was lured by the post given by kalpana.[protected]@h1base-india.com in the Linked in and paid that amount by online transfer.I made so many calls to the H1base-India...

Hi, I am also in contact with H1Base Hyderabad to process H1B visa for next year -2015. They have taken some 16, 000 INR for procession of document/application and interview fee. They have also send us the receipt for the processing fee and copy of signed agreement. As per initial agreement, they will be scheduling interview in November 2014 which didn't happen in our case. Hi,
I want to complaint against the fraud organisation h1base-india.com. They ensure to give H1B visas, in return they have ask me for DD of $325 as initial amount. They were going to arrange my interviews and all with their clients and if no client and no H1B filing is done, my money will be return back to me.
But after getting the amount they never arranged any interviews nor they are now returning back by DD. My DD validity...
