Hi Nikita,
I am extremely sorry and saddened to hear what has happened to you.
My name is Paul Baker, and I work for the Official H1 Base Corporation based in the USA.
H1Base-India.com is NOT in any way part of the official H1 Base Corporation (H1Base.com) that has been operating for over 14 years as a licensed and registered USA Company.
H1Base-India is NOT an authorized partner of ours and they are Not authorized to use our name, but they hide behind a scam operation in India hidden layers deep. H1Base-India is not even a registered company in India - they are just a fake and fraudulent website.
What they have told you - are lies. That is why they have no real solid answers and why they keep continually delaying things and asking for more and more money. By the time you realize what's really happening they think they have you trapped so you will keep giving them more money in hope you will get out of the trap and it will work out.
There are many people who continually report they have been scammed by this fake operation and website in Hyderabad India.(H1Base-India.com) .
H1Base-India.com is trying to extort and steal money from you by using fraudulent tactics and methods, delays and constant excuses, You should report them to the relevant authorities in India who can investigate and be able to press charges to convict them of visa fraud (and get your money back). Representatives from our Company in the USA will be happy to help in any way we can, and to provide supporting documentation to authorities in India.
Best regards
Paul Baker

t's better you don't pay the amount. I also received the same email. USCIS take Fraud Prevention and Detection Fee with application request.
Refer the link below. It says this fee must be paid with application.

"$500 to be submitted with a request for initial H-1B status or with a request for a beneficiary already in H-1B status to change employers. (This fee does not apply to Chile/Singapore H-1B1 petitions.)"
Now I am pretty sure no one have got visa interview. I think those are fake profiles H1B created to divert the people. If you looks at the thread, it's also diluted with some junk information. Who will have the intention to dilute? Guess...
As, mentioned earlier in the thread, MD name itself is not correct. He did some fraud previously and changed his name to start the company.

My wife was given offer letter for 2014 visa petition, told that her name was selected in the lottery. but there is no way to verify the EAC number they send, but H1Base forged documents to convince us for the next step. The 797 approval letter has been tampered i.e they use original Eac number of another candidate to convince us. they also created fake documents for another L1 candidate. Message me if you guys want to know more about H1Base and my experience with them and madhapur police station to get back my money.
H1 base india doesnt have a name board, it operates in the name of pinnacle software but checks are issued under the name of H1 base for refund(it bounces and owner absconded to warangal) This is the war I have started so other candidates waste time like me.
