Hi team,

I purchased a haldiram bhelpuri packet from a & s market located at 10867 venice blvd, los angeles, ca 90034, usa.

This packet contained spoiled bhelpuri which spreads bad smell when opened the same.

It costs me $ 4.99 and due to spoiled bhelpuri i was forced to trash the whole packet of bhelpuri.

The packet's isbn no is[protected]

Kindly take the necessary action for selling the bad/spoiled bhelpuri packet without having best before date on the packet.

Please let me know in case you need the picture of the bhelpuri packet.

NO RESOLUTION YET, ITS BEING MORE THEN 24 HOURS, PATHETIC SERVICE
I have ordered a raj kachori in haldiram L block cannaught place of amount Rs 118 but my card swipe was made for 254 Rs kindly refund the differential amount on immediate basis. I havent checked it earlier I have reviewed the same through the message I got from my bank. please do the needful asap
Recently haldiram’s punjabi tadka taste has been changed it is has become more crispy and less potato. somethings wrong with i want the old taste back. it is a humble request from me and from my family and friends.

    I visit your restrorent in spice mall sector 25 noida with family on 4/12/2017 at 7.30 pm and order for one masala dosa and one rawa dosa after eat i found its very spicy i visit your restrorent every week because your all food not spicyi informed to your food manager of your this out let but no responc. Next morning wife have loose motion due to spicy food. Pl takenessery action against food manager for your out let. I am working in service industries. I know how to responce our customer for satisfaction. If found no responce for our complain i go to consumer court

      Hi
      I am staying in denmark and am a great fan of haldiram products. I would like to draw your attention to the quality of products especially haldiram bhujia which is not the same as we get in india. Two different kind of mixtures are mixed which is clearly visible and the taste is not even 1/10th of what we get in india.

      I could be some kind of cheating going on. It would be great if you guys can look into it as it's bringing the brand value at stake among international customers atleast in denmark.

        I always had a trust on haldiram products, even after moving to australia, i have always bought haldiram products until today. I just opened a new pack of khatta meetha and found rope sort of thing in it. It has driven me crazy that this kind of reputated brand can give kind of # product. I m done with haldiram & also going to expose it our community in australia & india about it. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻...

        First i open the pack of namkeen so i found some amount of sand in it after something bad like a [censored] of a animal and after that packed the namkeen so plzz resolve my problem as soon as possible...
        I bougt a butter naan which was raw.
        It was not fully cooked.
        Butter paneer was like as it was cooked by a local "halwai" and not by a normal chef.
        I bought it from haldirams in jagdev path, bailey road, patna -14, bihar.

          Ordered and paid for 250 gms of dhokla without chillies, as such, dry dhokla was packed correctly by salesman but the manager mr vinit ordered him to reduce the item which now weighed 182gms. About 320gms of water was filled in separate container and handed over to me to take. I felt cheated and as such the company should be made to answer for such practice in their establishment. Moreover, cht @ 5% was charged for sweets and 12% for dhokla which is neither a packaged nor a branded product. This needs clarification.

            Was a fan of haldiram's but now i need to think million times before i put any thing in my mouth with your label on it. I got this product few days back and while i was eating it i saw a bug in one of your peanuts. This is what you are feeding to people seriously!! See i can tell you people one thing that i am not a guy who will sit quietly and take my words i guarantee you, i will raise this issue in consumer court, i will do whatever i can to save people from eating this # of yours. How can you put a vegetarian label on something like. I thought yours was a vegetarian food chain. Seriously you have lost a very good customer of yours and you have broken my trust but i don't think that matters to you much.

            I found a hair inside the choco bite. Which is almost the most expensive item of Haldiram’s nagpur. I did not expect that haldi will do such kind of negligence. This is a severe issue . Haldiram’s please take this in your account.

                Haldirams namkeen packet

                Looks like it is the most favorite food for everyone as it is fully packed air tight and marked as satisfaction to the customers or consumers but today i see one of my haldirams namkeen packet there is a worm on the namkeen a dead worm on the namkeen and also when i checked all the namkeen with my mobile torch i saw that some namkeen particles are webbed by spider web that was too shocking that haldirams namkeen are like that. This is too much weird that in the haldirams namkeen they made the namkeen carelessly they dont see anything while making these kind of stuffs this is ridiculous. It could be ok if the packet was expired but when i checked that it shows the best before to 2018 3rd of the month that was also not good. You can see the images. Spider web in namkeen and a worm

                In the packet of namkeen a piece of plastic rubber has been found which is deceiving and can be assumed to be a edible item.
                Kindly report this issue, as it is a direct blow to the health of the consumers and negligence on the part of the company

                  Found a non expired ajwain parantha pack (Oct 2018), while the date says it's valid till 2018, while the bread inside had fungus on it. Usually whatever i purchased till date after checking the expiry date has been in good shape, but this pack instead of expiry date of 2018 came out to be infected and could have done food poisoning if i wouldn't have checked it before eating.

                    Haldiram bujhia is ok but the only problem is high content of salt present in various namkeen s provided by ur company so I would like to advise u to reduce the amount of salt considering health of people
                    There was a long hair in the snack item:chana jor. It was not expected to get a hair from a sealed readymade snack item. Haldiram being the favourite company of all Indian households is being careless towards it's customer satisfaction

                        I ordered online for delivery in delhi ncr for haldirams moong dal barfi, they wrote next day delivery but the delivery was made 5 days later, they sent perishable items through blue dart in courier dt too in delhi where they have so many outlets, and the item was not worth eating and it was not packed properly, so it went bad. It's such a bad experience, my entire money is wasted and i will never visit haldirams again in life. Complete fraudsters. I have attached the condition of moongdal barfi as and when i received.

                          While eating raj kachori and paper masala dosa at haldirams express (hingna, nagpur) flies detected in paper masala dosa and after complaining about the incident the worker replied in rude manner as never hope from haldiram workers so keep cleanliness in restaurants as no other can get the thing happen with me .
                          Bad behavior of staffs,
                          disposable drinking water glass not available and serve very bad glass of water same like a street tea stall. worst and very unhygienic, really shame when i discuss with staff argument and misbehavior attitude.
                          unhygienic, very bad toilet,
                          i complain to Team head Mr O.P sharma but he didn't reply properly.
                          As we purchased Haldiram's KHATTA MEETHA packet of 10/- and we had found a stone crystal in it. We have a great trust on Haldiram's packets but we were having a hope that you can take much more care when packing of the items.. please check once and release in the market.

                            मैं खरसिया छत्तीसगढ़ से जगदीश मित्तल आपके यहां का२०१४ से डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर हूं और मेरा क्लेम करीब एक साल से सेटलमेंट नहीं कर रहे हैं और अभी रक्षाबंधन के अवसर पर मैंने जो मिठाई का आर्डर दिया था वह भी मुझे डिलीवरी नहीं मिला जबकि मैंने पिछले साल एक ट्रक माल मंगवाया था। मैंने मार्केट से जो मिठाई कार्ड लिया था वह पूर्ति नहीं कर पा रहा हूं क्योंकि अभी तक मुझे माल की डिलीवरी नहीं मिली है।
                            ऐसे में हल्दीराम प्रभुजी का मार्केट से विश्वास उठ जाएगा जो आपने और हमने मिलकर बनाया है।

                              I bought two moong dal namkeen and after taste i feel it's something wrong and dn after it i found one insect in this @ it was pathetic experience for me... Now i can understand why people go for a regular treatment to doctors.. Plzz its humble request to haldiram please donot play with customer health😨😨😰😰we are not rich we are not middle class family... We r normal ones who can only purchase small foods but after all dis we get all these poisonous food😰😰😨😨😨 please kindly take a action on this...

                                Two o[censored]s were sitting and talking after having samosa. One of the staff came and said very rudely, is there any more order? I said no. Then he said, very rudely, then what are you doing here. Go and let other customers sit. You guys just eat two samosa and stick to the chair for hours.
                                I want to ask haldiram, is this the way you treat your customers? And it is nowhere written that after having your mean you can't sit there. I have went there before many times but something like this never happened. This happens nowhere.

                                That staff's name is rajesh jha and he called himself the manager of the shop. He even said go and register complaint against me. Nothing will happen. I want strict action against him. This is something unbearable.

                                    I'm writing this hoping that this matter is responded to in the most serious of manners. I am writing this from dubai.

                                    I purchased a packet of rice flour sticks from geant, tecom recently and when i went to eat some of it, i bit into 1, to find a disgusting white hair within.

                                    I first brought the attention of this to the company via email on the 5th june. However, its been more than a month and all i get is that they are looking into the matter. Umpteen number of emails i have been writing and i get just a standard sorry.

                                    I have provided batch details and even have the packet at home. However, all one gentleman mr. Pushpendra singh reverted was ' dear fareem,
