HappyEasyGo — Booking failed refund

Hi Sir/Madam,

I did a booking with happyeasygo for flight from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar. The transaction failed but amount was deducted from my account. 15 working days have passed, but the deducted amount has not been refunded.
