I had booked a flight from Delhi to Kolkata and the invoice was showing the maximum luggage as 25 kgs. When i reach the airport i was informed the info was wrong and i had to dispose off some of the luggage at the airport itself.i had lost a lost of stuff on this account and I want compensation from happy easy go for this wrong information.

If I am in the sues of trval agent, and you make a call to me every day,
I would not talk to such customer as the conditions of e-ticket are written in text of e-ticket.
Change of name is procedure which is governed by different Indian laws and ICAO regulations.
Anyway, you can be entitled for future compensation.
If you wish so, you need to hire a legal professional for charge and to start a civil case in the court.
The fair court shall award all reasonable losses, moral compensation, paid fees by the judgemnt.
