I have booked a ticket on 2nd of april 2019 with happyeasygo from delhi to pune. My money was deducted but i didn't receive any pnr. I have booked 2 tickets and 10342 has been deducted. I called to travel agent happyeasygo but didnt reveive any response. I sent a mail to them with all the details of my booking. They have not given any reply for tha past 15 houra of my booking. Iam so worried. I called jet airlines customer care number and asked about my ticket details. They told me to contact happyeasygo. They have also told me that there was no flight for the past one month for the timings i booked. Now as i saw reviews of happyeasygo i realized that it was doing fraud with some and many have complained against it. The same thing which happened to me happened through many others. Some have neither got ticket nor any refund. Kindly i request you to take action against them and help me in recovering my money.

The duty of the travel agent is to issue the compensation / or the refund within 7 or 15 days, depending upon the circumstacies, which are not seen in full here (no notification of the cancellation), if the correct complaint is lodged. Failure to do so in time grants a right to submit the comlint to DGCA or to the court.
