The invoice is not e-ticket. The duty of the travel agen is to issue the e-ticket, not invoice (receipt) only.
It must not touch your heart, will the air carrier be closed or continue their operations, if you got the exact notification on the cancellation of the flight (not attached.)
Within such circumstances, if you have the notification on cancellation, you are entitled to submit the complaint with the monetary claim towards the Happyeasytogo India Pvt Ltd.
The duty of the Happyeasytogo India Pvt Ltd is pay the compensation or refund within 7 (max 15 days) from the reciept of the legally binding complaint.
Failure to do so in time, the passenger is entitled to submit the complaint regarding an incomplaince with the regulsations to one of the authorities:-
1. DGCA (department general of civil aviation) in your state / city or
2. Customers court (forum) in your state
3. District court in your state
and later to
4. Office of public prosecutor in your state, if there are reasons and the grounds of the serious fraud and/or misconduct at the part of the state authorities.
If you do not know the procedure of complaining, you can claim the explanations of your rights from the DGCA and
you an hire a lawyer or legal professional in civil aviation in order to get the compensation for losses from the offender(s) for fee. The legal assistance cost from ~ 6000 rupees before the court, plus government fees (100 rupees or 2000 rupees depending upon the court).

3. The duty to help (to assist) is foreseen in the Indian law, when the passenger is met a certain creterea.
