Hi team,

I have booked tickets from mumbai to bangalore, and receive confirmation after a day.

Hence after few days i got to know that the airlines is being closed recently.
I was wondering there was no communication regarding the same from happy easy go and i got the text message from airlines that due to technical reason we have cancel the flights. Kindly reach out to your agency for new flight or refund.

I have to be in bangalore on 11th april and still i haven't receive any mail from happy easy go i have written many follow up emails to them despite they are ignoring my request. And when we try to call them they dint even reply on calls and keep us on hold for a long time.

I would request you guys please help me asap as i have to be in bangalore for my treatment which i was waiting from a long time, almost 9 months.

Please help me i would be in big trouble i would loose the appointment and this will be a havoc for me, i am a student and dint have money to even book another ticket as i have to save money for my treatment.

This is thje old ticket which is still active on Happyeasygpo system and Deleted or removed from Jet airways Database as they have cancelled the whole flight.

1. Operator of happyeasygo.com web site is anot an airline.

2. In order to demand something from someone, the ctizen has to e in the status passenger before the air carrier (airline)

3. The duty to help (to assist) is foreseen in the Indian law, when the passenger is met a certain creterea.

The invoice is not e-ticket. The duty of the travel agen is to issue the e-ticket, not invoice (receipt) only.
It must not touch your heart, will the air carrier be closed or continue their operations, if you got the exact notification on the cancellation of the flight (not attached.)

Within such circumstances, if you have the notification on cancellation, you are entitled to submit the complaint with the monetary claim towards the Happyeasytogo India Pvt Ltd.

The duty of the Happyeasytogo India Pvt Ltd is pay the compensation or refund within 7 (max 15 days) from the reciept of the legally binding complaint.

Failure to do so in time, the passenger is entitled to submit the complaint regarding an incomplaince with the regulsations to one of the authorities:-

1. DGCA (department general of civil aviation) in your state / city or
2. Customers court (forum) in your state
3. District court in your state
and later to
4. Office of public prosecutor in your state, if there are reasons and the grounds of the serious fraud and/or misconduct at the part of the state authorities.

If you do not know the procedure of complaining, you can claim the explanations of your rights from the DGCA and
you an hire a lawyer or legal professional in civil aviation in order to get the compensation for losses from the offender(s) for fee. The legal assistance cost from ~ 6000 rupees before the court, plus government fees (100 rupees or 2000 rupees depending upon the court).
