HappyEasyGo — not issuing ticket

I have a made a booking on HappyEasygo on 22.03.2019 Trip Id[protected]has been issued but i have not received the ticket and PNR. The money got deducted from my account and the trip status in the app shows upcoming. I have still not recieved the ticket on my registered email.

it is been more than 13 hours since i have booked the ticket. when i try to call the customer care, they are not responding. This is very urgent .

Kindly take necessary steps.

The agent has a duty to process the ticket within 24 hours, following the aproval of transaction by the card processing operator, or in 72 hours in the most complicated situations.

Usually, the agent shall produce such text prior to attemt of the payment.
