I was trying to book a flight ticket from Delhi to Bangalore, I tried two attempts and in both attempts, the payment failed as displayed some web error on happyeasygo. However, the payments are deducted from my accounts can you please process the refund at the earliest?

These two are the order Id, please proceed with ticket booking only one I can see that the status if pending ticket issuance sort of. I don't if the payment showed as failed then how did the payment go through both times, check this issue at earliest and help me with customer care contact
