HappyEasyGo — refund not initiated for delayed and cancelled flight

I booked my ticket via happyeasygo... Flight was cancelled and now they are not initiating refund... I booked another ticket by same app... Flight was delayed so i missed my connecting flight... Then also they are not generating refund and deducting unnecessary charges
I called the app multiple times but they didn't resolved my issue..
I end up paying 26000 for a one way ticket to chennai.
App was uncooperative and not ready to take responsibility
