HappyEasyGo — Refund not received

I booked a flight through HappyEasyGo and later due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to cancel the flight. The airline company(Indigo) already refunded the amount back to HappyEasyGo but I am yet to receive the refund from HappyEasyGo.

why does this company even exist? they should honest just shut down at this point. I've been waiting on a refund for almost 2 months. Had booked a hotel room, but there were no rooms on arrival. Customer support unreachable and no refunds. What a mess!
