I purchased jbl soundbar 2.0 from amazon.in on march 25th, 2020, it stopped working after 5 months. On sept 5th i raised a support ticket since the product is in warranty after about 10 days a technician visited my hours and informed me that a new adapter is needed and it will be shipped to my address.
When i checked back in a week's time with the customer care the ticket # 06370956 was closed. They have opened another case ts-c[protected] on 16th september which says a technician would visit my house on 23rd september. Was this information helpful? |
