I purchased jbl soundbar 2.0 from amazon.in on march 25th, 2020, it stopped working after 5 months. Jbl tune 160 bt, whose model was guaranteed for 1 year, his 1 speaker out put has stopped. I also talked to the company about it, he said that cut the headphone wire and share the image. I did that too today. It has been 17 days. My complaint's case number is harman international case # 05679370: rj-e[protected] / invoice + image.
