I am very unsatisfied with the door to door waste collection service in my sector. The specific problems that I face daily are as follows- 1. There is no specific time when the garbage collector comes to collect the daily home generated waste. It ranges anywhere between 6am to 1pm. At times, they come so early that the waste packing is not done. At other times, they come so late that we have to throw the garbage on our own. 2. There is no single waste collector who comes to our home. Sometimes complete strangers enter into our house thus compromising our security. They dont even keep any identity cards. And when asked they quarrel a lot and threaten to stop giving the service. 3. Waste collectors refuse to take a. Baby nappys. b. Thoroughly packaged pets leftover food and excreta. c. Broken pieces of Plant pots/ glass. d. Thermocol 4. On being asked the name of the immediate manager where we can have solution of our queries (For example- Where to throw the above listed home generated waste? What are the items which are not supposed to be given?) and grievances, they straightforward reject to tell us and end up doing inconclusive broils with us. 5. On 27 July 2014, on again asking the name of the manager, the waste collector verbally abused me. He called some stranger after an hour who refused to disclose his identity. This stranger called himself Pradhan and threatened to close the service. I complained regarding the above issue to Online Grievance Forum of http://panchkula.nic.in/ to the Administrative Secretary Public Health on 29 July 2014. But they disposed off the case on 1 Sept6ember 2014 by merely replying that the grievance was not related to that office. I opine this is not sufficient enough for a citizen cum customer. They should have directed me to a Public Information Department which could have then guided me appropriately.

the road which is just behind Kalra market sector 13 urban estate karnal has not been completed from the last 1 year, only the subgrade is laid on (the roda is laid). Commuters have to travel on this road daily and causes much problem .Please look into this.

Please visit and see the condition of drainage. We had selected you, not to live in this critical condition. Always you had your plans but how to execute them. You are requested to take necessary action on this otherwise people will suffering from some serious problem.

Dear Sir/Madam We are from VPO.Mustafabad, Distt. Yamuna Nagar, we are facing a big problme of water not supply on daily bases in some viliages of block mustafabad from last 3-4 yrs, there is no any govt. water supply officer on duty for 3-4 yrs. only there is a local candidate that is not doing his duty properly. On his duty we are facing the water motor problem minimum 10 time in one month. kindly look in to the metter and change his person and put a permanent water supply officer there as soon as possible. and reply your feedback me on my contact id or number because a copy of this mail i already sent to india's prime minister. he guide me for this mail. i need to sent your feedback to pm office. thanks and regards vpo mustafabad [protected]

Dear Sir/Mam, I wanna to know that can anyone can occupy/encroch(made building)in the gali and stop the way. My neighbours construt a buliding in the way and encroched the way.When we talk to them they dont listen and argue and say u will do anything and use abusive language. i am not able to use the way and facing problem. Dear Sir, Our House is situated at sec 21 panchkula bearing plot no. 1329 B. The adjoining plot no 1329 A is vacant and people use it for garbage dumping. several times we had quarrel with them and also made complaint to local administration about this but of no use.it has become headache for us . all the day polythene bag flew here and there and also gather inside the house . Dogs pickup garbage bags from there and spit it in front of the house. Even snakes have started to crawl in our houses, it has become so terrible and dangerous to reside in the house...

Dear Sir/Madam, This has reference to our complaint dated 1st July 2014 regarding 'Open Stinking Sewerage Drain' infront of our office at Sector 18, Gurgaon. Kindly note that the stinking sewerage drain, passing adjacent to our office, is still open. Your team had temporarily made the drain and left it open, means half of the work is still pending (few photographs attached) Just because falling in front of our office, the foul smell of the stinking drainage is bothering our staff. It has become very inconvenient to sit and work in this harmful atmosphere. There are very much chances of falling down into this open drainage. at consruction time, v say that slope is towards our house, they say to make rainyDRAINAGE line. i posted three letters under RTI, only one unsatisfy answer.Last letter i post in may and told my mail id to talk because in now a days vV R IN australia. All letters are reg. post, v have proof. on 10 aug night, all rainy water from the road entered in our house and caused loss of goods, furniture, electronic goods. HUDA IS RESPONSIBLE, aLL NON-HYGENIC WASTE MATERIAL enter in our house. if any action does not take, when v returned, v put the case in PANIPAT CONSUMER COURT. aLL PROOFS are with us. IF ANY QUESTION U WANT TO TALK, MAIL US. OR post letter to our house, what action u r taking.

We invested in tulip white project at sector 69, gurgaon. The company has offered the possession, flats are being registered now, however there is no pucca access road to the project.. Company says huda will construct the road, huda says tulip will construct. We have paid edc and idc. Additional edc was charged from us. 100 families have shifted and 350 families are shifting now.

How completion certificate has been given to tulip when there is no access road.

I kindly request to take appropriate action .

I want to draw ur kind attention on green belt which is still garbage dump plot for people. Here, m complaining about h.no-1223 sector -7, green belt, urban estate, karnal(haryana). This green belt near to our house. It's very tough to stay single moment near dat place coz it smell very bad. Mosquitoes n flies spread Lots of infection due to this.I request you to please take strict acation on dis issue. I also want nursery should be develope on dat area. This is related to infrastructure development in sector-68 Gurgaon. DTCP along with Haryana government has alloted licenses to many builders for building residential projects in this area. But from HUDA side no development work is in progress in this area to support the living for the end users. Why is it so that builders start working early and government keep silence and does nothing. When can we see roads, sewage lines, etc being coming in these new sectors.

I am the resident of Gurgaon and facing lot of problems like drinking water is not good enough to drink.Water level is as low as even after applying motors nobody gets water on first floor and if getting after using motors that is as dirty as mud water.My baby is ill because of drinking this dirty water.Please look after for at least for drinking water for god sake.
You can find roads are in very bad conditions.There is lot of illegal migrants staying in the vacant plots.House no. 1234 second floor.I can not imagine that the economic capital of Haryana is having drinking water problem.

Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that plot no. 470, sector 46 at Faridabad is unattended since years. The owner has locked the plot which is 25% constructed. He never makes a visit or get it cleaned. It is the only empty plot in the middle of residential colony. Yesterday, our kids were playing cricket and the ball went inside the plot which looks like a jungle. Small kids jumped inside the plot to get their ball and spotted a snake of 2 - 3 feet. Upon informing to us, we immidiately asked our kids to come back. Since then all the neighbours are worried as there could be more. Being the rainy season, they can come out and can easily enter to our houses. Noone has any contact with the owner of the plot. We request HUDA authority to please take necessary action against our complaint at the earliest, looking at the safety of the residents. We are resident of sector 40 Gurgaon. H.No-35G, 35 H, 35 I. There is lots of jhuggies in front of our house. We don't know where they are working but all the time they told us that we are working etc-etc house but when we ask from owners about this they denied. All the time they are shouting & in the night they drink openly with some auto driver friends when we stop them they are ready to fight with us. There are at least 70-75 peoples with 17 to 20 children which are shouting in front of our house gate & enter for water in house without permission. They Defecate (Poti and urinate) in open, The water used by them is not going to any drain which poses a threat of malaria and dengue.We have asked them to vacate the plot many times but it has been of no use. They openly told us that whatever you do we are not vacant this place.we are complaint regarding this in Sector 40 police Satiation but they told us that this is not under our authority even complaint in RWA of sector 40 gurgaon. If someone come here& look what we are facing in posh are like sector-40, because we not standing & even not walking outside of our house.we & all knows there are illegal but no one take action about this. Kindly do the needful...

Sewerage pipeline connecting lane having house number 1000 to 1008 in Sector 21, Gurgaon is blocked. Due to rain today (17.7.2014) there is overflow of dirty sewer water in the lane . Further drainage system in the above said lane is not effective, and water upto one feet high is blocked. This is very hazardous for health of all people living as well crossing the lane. My water supply bill since 2013 is coming very high.which was earlier only 35 units(Rs:140) but now it is 373 units.(Rs:1500).our meter should be checked and if needed kindly install a new meter as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that a stinking sewerage drain is passing adjacent to our office. In April 2014, there was some problem in the sewerage drain line and while repairing, HUDA Maintenance team broke the entire passage in front of our office, just to check the problem. Now, two months have been passed and nobody has come to repair the same. Just because falling in front of our office, the foul smell of the stinking drainage is bothering our office staff. Now, it has become very inconvenient to sit and work in this harmful atmosphere. There are very much chances of falling down into this open drainage. Moreover, in the rainy season water logging of stinking drainage will also cause big problem for us. You are requested to kindly take appropriate action for earliest repair of the drainage.
