[Resolved]  HCL Computer — Purchase computer (D.P.) mother board defect two times with in 6 months

Sir,
I honestly speak, it is my great mistake for purchasing hcl desk top.I sugest every body, please never purchase hcl computer.Causes are given below:-
I purchase computer(Serial no:6133ac671970, p.Codeac2v0241) aug.2013, on 23.10.2013 computer was out of order and complaint same day (C. No.[protected]). Against that complaint service engineer(Mr. Surender verma from authorized service centre smart infosystems, delhi-34 ) came taken out defective mother board on 24.10.2013, after long conversation over phone with mr. Vikash dasgupta (Area manager, hcl delhi), on 7.11.2013 mother board was installed, but computer was not o k. On 12.11.2013 taken out hard disk, again i complaint (C.No.[protected]) on 13.11.2013 then installed hard disk on 26.11.2013. Then computer was o.K.
Again arises starting problems in computer on 24.02.2014 and complaint (C.No.[protected]). Sevice engineer came and taken out mother board on 25.02 2014 and installed mother board on 27.02.2014, computer was o.K. Then on 28.02.2014 computer geting problem as the keyboard and mouse are not functioning. C no.[protected] is till now pending.
Rs 350.00 was paid againt receipt to service engineer on dated 26.11.2013 and 28.02.2014 for loading the operating systems software (Window 8).
It is my request, pleas change my computer by new one or refund the amont.
