HCL Technologies — complaint against hr team and regarding bgc

I was selected in spront process a month ago and is having offer letter of hcl but had not received joining yet because as per hr team during backgroung verification my old pg address is not getting verified as pg is under construction. I had given the contact details of my owner to verify the same but i am getting no response and is suffering as a part of rejection.
