At the outset, I would like to state that I cherish my nearly 2 and half years stint with HCL Tech.
It is therefore unfortunate that I have to raise a complaint in the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum against the PF Department of HCL Technologies.
I was an employee at HCL Technologies from 07/02/2010 to Oct 05, 2012.

On July 29th 2022, I received an e-mail from the HCL Tech PF Department (Email: [protected]@hcl.com) stating that to withdraw my EPF & EPS I needed to login to myseparation portal and raise EPF & EPS withdrawal request using that portal.
When I tried login in, it failed. I shot back mail on Aug 9th 2022 stating inability to login since HCL Separation portal did not allow employee separated before 2013 to login. I got reply same day from HCL PF Withdrawal team explaining a separate process for employee separated before 2013. I followed that process and fill up form and uploaded all require documents .
Post this one reference Id was generated and that reference id I had shared with PF Withdrawal Team on Aug 10th.
On Aug 12th 2022, I got a reply from PF Withdrawal team, that they have shared my reference id with technical team and they promise to revert in 1 day time.
This was the last communication I had, Its been almost 13 days past and I have not heard anything from PF Withdrawal Team despite multiple reminder on mail as well as call on designated Phone Numbers.
Please note that I am not employed since Feb 2019 i.e. for 3 years due to my Health Issues .
This EPF + EPS money is vital for my finances, especially in these extremely tough times.
While I acknowledge that the PF team had initiated the process and I thank the team for doing so, the subsequent lack of response is unexpected and worrying.
Unfortunately, this has left with no choice but to raise my grievance against HCL Tech's PF Department in the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum portal.
As I stated in the beginning of this complaint, I cherish working at HCL Technology. I do not want those memories to be sullied by this episode.
I sincerely hope my grievance will be addressed quickly in good faith such that my EPF and EPS withdrawals are successful and I receive the entire payment through appropriate modes.
