[Resolved] HCL Technologies — EPF Transfer Issue

Hi,

I am trying to raise online PF Transfer from EPF portal but I am not getting HCL PF details while I am entering my Member ID and UAN number and pressing Get Details button.
It looks HCL created new UAN for me and they are not providing the UAN used in my record in HCL PF Trust.

Please provide UAN used in HCL trust. and check attached error on EPF Portal. below are details:

HCL Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

HCL Technologies Customer Care's response You had given an incorrect declaration in mandatory Form-11 that you were a non pension contributory member prior to joining HCLT, thereby neither any UAN was created for you nor any pension was contributed to PF office during your service tenure with HCLT.
in absence o[censored]AN, you cannot raise any online PF transfer request in EPFO portal. in this case only option is to approach your current employer, ask and fill manual Form-13, get it stamped and signed by your current employer and upload the same in HCLT's separation portal

Updated by dinesh117 Please confirm Address of HCL Trust i.e. Hindustan Instrument Ltd. EPF Trust is correct in attached in form 13.
Or give me correct Registered address of HIL EPF Trust.

Please confirm Address of HCL Trust i.e. Hindustan Instrument Ltd. EPF Trust is correct in attached in form 13.
Or give me correct Registered address of HIL EPF Trust.
