HCL Technologies — hcl technologies my pf transfer is pending for more than 13 months now

With so many mails not receiving any kind of attention on the status, am reaching thru' this complaint channel, with hope that i will get the answers.

I raised for my pf transfer in 09-apr-2018 with request no #req-23886 and in the hcl pf portal it says "approved - pending for disbursement"... But its been more than a 13 months now :- (

Pf help desk not responding except with an automated reply, what is the way out??? Need of desperate help
