HCL Technologies — hcl technology pf transfer request pending from long time

Hi,

I am ex-employee of hcl technology, my employee id is 51415311.

I had submitted pf transfer request almost a year back with hcl and still my pf amount is not credited in the requested uan/pf account.

I have dropped many follow up emails with hcl and raised ssd (Smart service desk), ssd request number is 242750. But there is no response from hcl / pf team. And i have not received the amount in my pf account.

I don't know where is the pf amount. This is very bad ignorance from hcl.
